Service level agreements

Service Level Agreements

We enter into an annual contract to service all your air conditioners on a monthly, bi-monthly or quarterly term. The rates are a lot less as are our call outs and labour rates to clients that have entered into our SLA program. Once again, a free site inspection is standard before presenting the client with a SLA Agreement.

why regular services are important

Why Regular Services are so Important

Maintaining your air conditioning unit is important because what happens is each year you fail to maintain it, it loses 5 percent of its efficiency. If you have skipped out on your regular maintenance for the last four years your air conditioner is only running at 80 percent efficiency which is costing you money each and every month in your monthly bills. Plus, regular maintenance can help prevent bigger problems down the road; simple things like finding out you’ve got problems with your filter could be inexpensive to catch if caught early, but could lead to a costly repair if ignored. It is also an important health issue, the cleaner the unit and it’s filters the healthier your staff and family.

Call a professional: Each central air conditioning unit should be inspected, cleaned and tuned by a professional before the summer AND winter seasons. It is best to take out an annual maintenance plan, as these plans ensure a visit by the professionals every three months. A typical service call for an air conditioning unit runs between R450 and R550.
